Melody Morgan, CPA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Covia since April 2021, after progressing from a Senior Financial Analyst in the same department. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG, where Melody operated as a Senior Tax Associate and Tax Associate, specializing in state and federal tax return preparation for partnerships and corporations. Earlier positions include Administrative Assistant at Parrish & Gwinn Insurance Group, Business Tax Services Intern at KPMG, and various internships that provided broad exposure to tax-related functions and financial practices. Melody holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
