Mike Masters

Mike Masters is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience at Honeywell, spanning over three decades from 1986 to the present. Currently serving as the Director of Procurement Projects and Processes, Mike leads a global team of project managers focused on delivering results for Corporate Electronics. Previous roles include Strategic Senior Sourcing Leader, where Mike managed $2.5 billion in spending across 200 sites, and Strategic Sourcing Integration Acquisition Leader, responsible for integrating a newly acquired $1.4 billion company into the sourcing function. Earlier positions at Honeywell involved significant leadership in strategic sourcing, working capital improvements, and component engineering savings. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from North Central College, obtained in 1986.
