Sacha Debleds is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Fire Division Canada at Honeywell, Sacha oversees the strategic growth and performance of recognized brands such as Notifier® and Fire-Lite®. Previous roles include Managing Director at Guidepoint and Executive Vice President Finance & Operations at Chemours Canada, where Sacha played a critical role in the company's formation from the DuPont Performance Chemical Division. A collaborative and results-driven professional, Sacha has a strong background in finance, strategic planning, and operational leadership, complemented by a solid educational foundation that includes an MBA from IMD and multiple engineering degrees.
