Lily Wong

Lily Wong is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Executive at The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) since July 2021, Lily manages various HR functions including recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Officer at Sinopec (Hong Kong) Petroleum Holding Company Limited and as an HR Generalist at Cushman & Wakefield. Lily began their HR career as a Human Resources Assistant at Citybase Property Management Limited. Academically, Lily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University, complemented by a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources Management from the same institution, and further studies at the University of Limerick.
