KAI HANG FUNG is currently working at the Hong Kong Rugby Union as the Head of Community Development & Pathway, Head of Development & Transition, and General Manager Community Rugby. Prior to this, KAI HANG held the position of Development Rugby Manager at the Hong Kong Rugby Football Union since February 2015.
