Brian Lee

Brian Lee is the Managing Director, Group Head of Technology Risk at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) since August 2020. Prior to this, Brian held various key positions at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) from August 1994 to August 2020, including Division Head of Banking Policy Department, Banking Supervision Department, and Chief Representative of New York Office. Brian also worked at The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited and Accenture, with a strong background in financial and regulatory sectors. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies from The University of Hong Kong, a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and a Master of Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
