Lydia Xu

Lydia Xu currently serves as Vice President of Third Party Risk Management at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), where responsibilities include overseeing risk management policies and frameworks for third-party engagements. Prior to HKEX, Lydia held the role of Senior Manager for Third Party Management at HSBC, leading services across the Asia Pacific region and providing insightful data analytics on supplier performance. Experience also includes managing third-party risk assessment programs at AIG and enhancing payroll implementation operations at ADP. Lydia holds a Master's degree in Buddhist Studies from The University of Hong Kong, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from East China Normal University.
