Sandra Leung is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of the COO Office and Managing Director of Strategic Projects at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) since October 2015. Throughout her career at HKEX, Sandra has held multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director in various divisions such as Projects, Business Management, and Market Development. Prior to joining HKEX, Sandra was with Goldman Sachs for nearly a decade, advancing from Analyst to Executive Director in the Asia ex-Japan ex-China Investment Banking division.
