Stephanie Chan

Stephanie Chan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in enforcement and litigation. Since September 2015, Stephanie has held the position of Vice President in the Enforcement and Listing Department at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), having previously served as Assistant Vice President in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as a Knowledge Management Lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and as a Professional Support Lawyer specializing in Litigation and Regulatory matters at DLA Piper. Additionally, Stephanie contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer at The University of Hong Kong, and began a career in law as an Assistant Solicitor at Richards Butler in association with Reed Smith LLP. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Melbourne.
