Chris Chow has extensive experience in the field of market research and insights. Chris started their career as a Project Manager at MSW Communications Studies APAC and then moved to Synovate, where they continued to develop their skills in both quantitative and qualitative research. Later, they joined Hilton Worldwide as a Market Analysis Manager, focusing on revenue management and regional marketing. Chris then joined Global Brands Group as the Director of Sales Planning and Research before moving to Pernod Ricard, where they held various roles including Insights Director for Asia and Head of Trade Marketing & Insights for Hong Kong & Macau. Most recently, they have been working at Euromonitor International as an In-Country Analyst supporting consulting projects in the APAC region. Chris currently serves as the Head of Journey Experience and Design, Customer Insights at HK Express. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in translating market trends and insights into actionable strategies for clients and driving revenue growth.

Chris Chow obtained a BA degree in Statistics and Sociology from the National University of Singapore. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Certificate in Interpretation and Visualization of Business Big Data from HKU SPACE and completed the INSEAD Leader Programme from INSEAD Executive Education.
