Stephen Dowse has extensive experience in the rugby industry, working with various organizations and teams in different capacities. Currently serving as the Director of Rugby at Hong Kong Football Club, Stephen focuses on developing and implementing strategies for the Rugby Section's success. Throughout their career, Stephen has held roles such as Head of Elite Player Development at Hong Kong Rugby Union, Professional Rugby Union Player & Coach at Hong Kong Scottish RFC, and Owner of Sports Consulting Asia. With a Bachelor's degree in Sport & Recreation Development from Leeds Beckett University, Stephen's expertise and leadership in the rugby sector are highly regarded.
