Belle previously worked at MTR Corporation Limited and PR People International Consultancy Limited. Belle holds a Master's degree in Corporate Communications from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations & Advertising from Hong Kong Baptist University.
