Cathy Choi

Cathy Choi is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic development and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Strategic Development at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation since February 2023, Cathy previously held the role of Project Manager for Thematic & Museums at Kingsmen Hong Kong Limited from May 2021 to February 2023. Prior experience at HKSTP includes positions ranging from Assistant Manager in Event Marketing & Community Engagement to Project Officer focused on the Smart City Platform. Cathy also worked as a Research Assistant at Heung Yee Kuk New Territories and had roles in sales, marketing, and research at Versal Media Pte Ltd and the National Institute of Education in Singapore. Academically, Cathy holds a Master of Science in International Relations from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor of Management in Public Administration from Jinan University.
