Kelvin Cheung

Kelvin Cheung is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate Director and Legal Counsel at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kelvin held positions at the Department of Justice, Government of the HKSAR, from December 2010 to March 2022, where responsibilities included Senior Government Counsel and Government Counsel. A brief tenure as a Secondee at the Attorney-General's Chambers in Singapore occurred in January 2013. Earlier experience includes work as a Trainee Solicitor at Bird & Bird from September 2008 to August 2010 and as an Advisory and Referral Caseworker for the Environmental Law Foundation UK from 2006 to 2007. Kelvin holds a BA in Music from the University of Cambridge, a PCLL from City University of Hong Kong, a CPE from the College of Law of England & Wales, and a certificate from the University of Oxford.
