Oscar Li is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation since December 2023, Oscar focuses on enhancing employer branding and attracting I&T talents for over 1,700 companies. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at HKT Digital Ventures, where the emphasis was on employer branding and recruitment across diverse specializations, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Publicis Groupe, managing recruitment for a sizable network of marketing and creative agencies in Hong Kong. Oscar has also held managerial positions in recruitment agencies, building teams and specializing in digital marketing and creative sectors. An alumnus of Lasell University with a degree in International Business, Oscar combines a strategic mindset with deep industry knowledge.
