Amy Ko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consumer insights and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Consumer Insights & Analytics at the Hong Kong Tourism Board since October 2019, Amy previously held various roles in the same field, including Senior Manager and Manager of Research. Prior experience includes working at Hong Kong Disneyland from October 2011 to October 2019 as Associate Manager and Analyst in Consumer Insights. Amy's career began at Added Value, where roles included Project Manager, Senior Research Executive, and Research Executive from 2008 to 2011. Academically, Amy Ko earned a Bachelor of Social Science with 1st Class Honors in Sociology from Hong Kong Baptist University in June 2008, following education at Maryknoll Convent School from 1991 to 2003.
