Program Analyst -ldds Initiative at Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC)

Jaclyn Courter, MPPA, currently serves as a Program Analyst for the LDDs Initiative at the Appalachian Regional Commission, with a focus on grants management. Previously, Jaclyn held the position of Grants Specialist at the East Tennessee Development District and worked as a Regional Development Analyst I at the Southern Tier 8 Regional Board. Jaclyn's experience includes roles in logistics at Cooperstown Dreams Park, choreography for the Milford Music Association’s Spring Musical, and program facilitation with Common Ground Relief, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy and Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Public Administration from Binghamton University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Communications from SUNY Oneonta.
