Agnes Wat

Agnes Wat has extensive experience in communications and public affairs, currently serving as Team Head at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council since September 2011, where previous roles included Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager. Prior to this, Agnes held the position of Senior Manager in Corporate Practice at Edelman Public Relations Worldwide in Hong Kong, focusing on corporate communications and healthcare PR for notable clients such as the Coalition to Eradicate Viral Hepatitis in Asia Pacific and General Electric. Agnes has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Newell Public Relations, handling consumer and corporate PR for major brands including Discovery Networks and LG Mobile, and as an Assistant Account Manager at Beyond Communications, managing PR and marketing for clients in travel and FMCG. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Marketing from HKUST Business School and dual master's degrees in New Media and Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
