Andrew Tsui

Andrew Tsui has extensive experience in service promotion and event management, currently serving as Associate Director at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council since July 2007. Tsui has organized significant international conferences, including the Belt and Road Summit from 2016 to 2022, attracting over 5,000 participants from nearly 60 countries. Previous roles include Marketing Manager for Japan, where Tsui successfully promoted Hong Kong's business advantages through symposiums, and the Manager of Service Promotion, where the development of the Asian Licensing Conference was a key achievement. Earlier experience includes a position as Business Account Manager at Hang Seng Bank. Tsui holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Hong Kong and the University of Birmingham, as well as a Master of Public Administration from The University of Hong Kong.
