Ee-Lyn Wong

Ee-Lyn Wong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience and digital banking. Currently serving as the Head of User Experience at Hong Leong Bank Berhad since June 2016, Ee-Lyn oversees the transformation of consumer banking's digital user experience, with significant achievements in revamping tablet, web, and mobile banking interfaces. Prior to this role, Ee-Lyn held various positions at DiGi Telecommunications, including managing digital services and financial services marketing, as well as technology development initiatives. Early career experiences include roles at Salamfone and Neural Technologies, where Ee-Lyn contributed to fraud management, project management, and business analysis. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of South Australia and additional professional training at INSEAD and other institutions.
