Masyalina Muda has extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Cyber Security/Governance Analyst at Hong Leong Bank Berhad since January 2015, with roles that include Senior Executive positions in IT Security and Network Security. Prior experience includes serving as Sales Manager cum Mortgage Executive at Brilliant Equity Ventures Sdn Bhd, where sales targets were set and tracked, and as an Executive in Customer Service at both AmBank Berhad and VADS Berhad, focusing on customer inquiries and technical support. Masyalina holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Studies, with a specialization in Management Information Systems, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
