LP, Lap Pong Cheung, has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and machine learning. LP, Lap Pong started their career as an AI researcher intern at Axon Labs Limited in 2015. LP, Lap Pong then worked as a machine learning engineer at the Deep Learning Research & Application Centre, HSMC from 2016 to 2018. LP joined Bank of China (Hong Kong) as a data scientist in April 2018 but left in October 2018. LP, Lap Pong later joined HK01 as a data scientist from October 2018 to June 2020. LP then worked at UBS as a data scientist from June 2020 to May 2021. LP, Lap Pong also served as a part-time lecturer at Hong Kong Baptist University starting in January 2021. LP's most recent role was as a senior lecturer at Hong Kong Metropolitan University, where they started in February 2022 and worked until August 2023.
