Walter Choi

Walter Choi is an experienced DevOps professional currently serving as a DevOps Lead at HKT since July 2023. Previously, Walter held the position of Lead DevOps Engineer at NewType Limited from September 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading the DevOps team and designing solution architecture. Earlier in their career, Walter worked as a Lead System Engineer, maintaining Windows and Linux servers and designing workflow procedures for IT requests. Additionally, Walter was a System Analyst at Lofty Concept Company Limited from February 2008 to September 2019, providing technical consultation and managing cloud resources. Walter holds a BSc in Computing and Networking from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, along with a Higher Diploma in Information and Communication Technology and a Diploma in Software Engineering from IVE.
