Michelle Bleda Drew

Michelle Bleda Drew is a partner in the Corporate Department at Honigman LLP, where employment has spanned from August 2018 to the present. Previous experience includes serving as a senior associate in the Banking Practice Group at Hogan Lovells from June 2015 to June 2018 and as an associate attorney in the Banking & Asset Finance and Corporate Practice Groups at K&L Gates from November 2013 to May 2015. Earlier career roles involved summer associate positions at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP, K&L Gates, Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP, and Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice PLLC. Michelle holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Neuroscience and Medical Humanities from Davidson College. Prior to law, involvement included roles as an assistant coach for the Hopewell High School Women's Varsity Lacrosse team and a laboratory fellow at Davidson College's Behavioral Neuroscience Laboratory.
