Nick Winters

Nick Winters is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate law, currently serving as a Partner in the Real Estate Department at Honigman LLP since August 2022. Previously, Nick held the position of Senior Counsel at Dykema from March 2011 to July 2022, where the practice focused significantly on telecommunications-related transactions, including long-term leases for cellular tower facilities, perpetual easements, and fee acquisitions. Prior to this, Nick served as Senior Attorney and Associate Attorney at Dykema, concentrating on real estate law. Nick also contributed as a Member of the City of Rochester Hills Historic Districts Commission from January 2011 to December 2013 and began a legal career as an Attorney at Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. Nick holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law from Bob Jones University.
