Christina Asencio

Christina Asencio is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing contact center operations and enhancing customer experience. Currently serving as VP of Operations at HONK Technologies since April 2017, Christina oversees operational costs and directs people operations for over 350 contact center agents across multiple locations. Prior to this role, Christina held positions at Beachbody and HONK Technologies, where responsibilities included managing data processing for media decisions and improving operational procedures. Additionally, Christina contributed to community safety initiatives as a volunteer Safety Officer and Board Member for Rowland Heights Little League. Christina's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Customer Care at Murad Skin Research Labs Inc., where strategic insights were provided to support executive decision-making.
