Rob Snodgrass, SPHR, has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Rob began their career in 2004 as an Account Manager/Technical Recruiter for Apex Systems, Inc. In 2006, they moved to Sharp Decisions, Inc. as an Account Manager/Recruiter. In 2008, they were hired by The University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) as a Human Resources Project Manager to implement sustained recruiting practices. In 2009, they joined TOMS Shoes as a Recruiting Manager, where they led the growth from 50 to over 100 employees. In 2010, they were promoted to Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at Fonality, where they directed the growth and expansion of the company from 100 employees in one office to more than 300 employees in five offices. In 2015, they joined HONK Technologies as Vice President of People and Talent, and later as Senior Director of People and Talent.

Rob Snodgrass, SPHR received a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration in 2004. Rob then went on to receive an MBA in Business Information Systems & Strategic Management from the University of Sydney in 2009. In 2011, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
