Anastasia Fetisova has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anastasia started their career at ROSE in 2004, working as a PR manager and handling media events for clients like Samsung Electronics and Audi-Volkswagen Group. Anastasia then moved on to FERRONA in 2006, where they worked as a Project Manager in the IT industry until 2010. Their most recent position was at Honka, where they served as the Head of the Marketing Department. In this role, they managed multiple projects, oversaw advertising campaigns, handled press services, and managed social media platforms. Anastasia also played a significant role in managing large architectural projects in Russia.

Anastasia Fetisova has a diverse educational background with a focus on business and management. Anastasia obtained a Master's degree in Advertising from the Russian University of Transport (MIIT) from 2000 to 2005. In 2009 to 2010, they pursued further education at Moscow State University, where they earned a degree in Journalism with a specialization in Advertising and Public Relations. During their time at Cambridge, they gained knowledge in organization of joint work in an interdisciplinary environment.

Anastasia's educational pursuits also include specialized professional training. In 2022 to 2023, they enrolled in the Yandex Practicum to complete the Digital-Marketing Specialist Professional Training Course, focusing on digital communication and media/multimedia. As part of their training, they obtained certifications from Google, including the Google Ads Search Certification, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Google Display Ads Certificate, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) course completion.

Additionally, Anastasia acquired further certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they completed the Adizes Graduate School's program on the basic Adizes Theory and Practice for Managing Change within the Organization. Anastasia obtained the Certified Internet Marketer (CIM) certification from Yandex Practicum in March 2023.
