Jessica Kehrer

Jessica Kehrer, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the banking and credit union industry. Jessica started their career at 1st Source Bank in 2004 as a Branch Manager, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined Honor Credit Union as a Branch Manager and later became a Regional Manager in 2012. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Honor Credit Union. In 2020, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, and in 2021, they assumed the role of VP of People Resources at Honor Credit Union.

Jessica Kehrer, SHRM-CP, earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003. Jessica obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2018. Additionally, in September 2014, they obtained a certification as a Certified Integrity Coaching Facilitator from Integrity Solutions.
