Sarah Hess

Sarah Hess has over a decade of experience in talent development and leadership roles within the financial sector, currently serving as a L & D Program Specialist at Honor Credit Union since August 2017. Previous positions at Honor Credit Union include Senior Talent Development Specialist, Talent Development Specialist, and Bank Teller. Prior to this, Sarah served as the Retail Branch and Events Coordinator at United Federal Credit Union and held the role of Executive Director at Water Street Glassworks. Initial leadership experience included serving as Interim Executive Director at South Haven Center for the Arts. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University and an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Baker College, alongside a High School Diploma from Marshall High School.
