Sharon King M.ed.

Sharon King, M.Ed, is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Honor Credit Union since February 2022, where efforts are focused on transforming the L&D function into a strategic role. Prior to this, Sharon held various positions at Whirlpool Corporation, including Manager of Learning and Development, where responsibilities included managing training functions for multiple contact centers. Experience also includes a role as Project Manager for Workforce Solutions at LCTCS, Sr. Learning and Talent Management Specialist at FedEx Services, and Learning Specialist at Accredo Health. Early career roles involved Instructional Design at ServiceMaster Clean and digital media production at Purdue University Calumet. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Southeastern Louisiana University.
