Mareike Perez, Esq. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and legal consulting within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Care Operations at Honor since May 2018, Mareike oversees a team of over 50 members, enhancing care delivery through effective workflow management and product improvements. Prior roles include serving as Regional General Manager and HCN Partnership Manager at Honor, as well as Director of Operations & General Counsel at BrightStar Care of Lafayette, where Mareike implemented best practices to elevate care standards. Earlier in the career, positions included Sales and Marketing Manager at Home Instead Senior Care and various legal roles, including Legal Consultant and Assistant across multiple firms. Mareike holds a German Bar Exam and a Diplomjurist degree from the University of Augsburg.
