Alaina Callinan

Alaina Callinan is a highly experienced professional in environmental compliance and community development. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Manager for Climate Driven Services at SWCA Environmental Consultants since February 2022, Alaina has previously held significant roles such as Assistant Director and Project Manager in the Office of Community Development for Orange County Government, and various positions within Tectonic Engineering Consultants, including Environmental Management Analyst and Project Environmental Scientist. Alaina's expertise extends to evaluating eligibility for grant funding under the NY Rising program while also contributing as a Senior Program Analyst at The Governor's Office of Storm Recovery. Alaina holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from SUNY New Paltz, complemented by an Associate's degree from Dutchess Community College. Additional experience includes teaching and research positions at SUNY New Paltz and laboratory analysis work at Advance Testing Company, Inc.
