Nicole Ridge

Nicole Ridge has extensive experience in operations and partner development, currently serving as Manager of Strategic Operations and previously as Manager of Partner Development at Honor since March 2018. Prior to this, Nicole held roles at Diablo Magazine from September 2013 to March 2018, where responsibilities included increasing brand awareness and revenue through advertising partnerships and managing client budgets. Earlier career experiences include Technical Resource Manager at Systems Integration Solutions, tasting room supervision at Flora Springs Winery, and a senior recreation leadership role with the City of Benicia, showcasing a diverse skill set in client relations, team management, and event planning. Nicole holds a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Sciences, with a minor in Business, from California State University, Chico.
