Sharon Le Duy

Sharon Le Duy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various high-profile roles within the tech and media industries. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Honor since February 2015, Sharon is dedicated to enhancing home care services for aging individuals. Prior to Honor, Sharon held positions such as General Counsel and Head of HR at Thismoment, where contributions were made to a cloud-based content marketing platform, and as Outside General Counsel for multiple venture-backed companies. Earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel at CNET, providing legal oversight during a transformative period for online media, and acting as Senior Counsel at AirTouch, where involvement in a significant $60 billion merger with Vodafone occurred. Sharon began their career as an Associate at Latham & Watkins focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Educational credentials include a BSFS in International Relations from Georgetown University and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
