Stephanie Park

Stephanie Park, MBA, is an experienced professional specializing in training and development, with a strong background in employee onboarding and customer service. Currently serving as a Field Training Specialist at Honor since November 2019, Stephanie focuses on training caregivers for elderly clients, particularly those with dementia and Alzheimer’s, and conducts virtual onboarding for employees nationwide. Previously at Verizon Wireless from November 2011 to October 2019, Stephanie held the position of Senior Trainer/Supervisor, where responsibilities included creating training programs for a diverse workforce and leading corporate training initiatives that resulted in improved performance and reduced attrition rates. Additional experience includes roles as Lead Coach and Finance Manager at Larry Miller Auto Group and Director of Adolescent Treatment Program at Hogares, Inc. Stephanie holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University and both an AA and a BA from the University of Florida.
