Gina Griffin's work experience begins in 2003 as a Corporate Recruiter at Carolina Handling, LLC, where they managed full life-cycle recruitment for various positions in multiple states. Gina established relationships with colleges, trade schools, and military installations for recruiting activities and conducted interviews and assessments for potential candidates. Gina also managed candidate tracking, participated in job fair events, and implemented onboarding and training programs.

From 2015 to 2016, Griffin served as the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at ABRA Auto Body & Glass, where they developed and executed a recruitment strategy for the Atlanta, GA, and NC markets. Gina formed strategic partnerships to attract top talent.

Most recently, starting in 2021, Griffin worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at the Carolina Center for ABA & Autism Treatment. Gina also managed and developed a recruiting team, collaborated with the Director of Operations on workforce planning, strengthened candidate pipelines, and designed evaluation tools for candidate selection. Additionally, they partnered with the Human Resources team to enhance the onboarding process.

Currently, Griffin is employed at HonorBridge as a Human Resources professional, starting in 2022.

Gina Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Early Child Development from Meredith College. Gina also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Work from the same institution. Additionally, Gina pursued a Master of Science (MA) degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University. The start and end years for each degree are not specified.
