Ashleigh Gerhardt has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Ashleigh Gerhardt worked at HonorHealth from 2016 to the present, starting as the Network Director of Nursing Operations and progressing to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer and then to the Associate Vice President of Network Operations. In their current role as the VP of Network Operations and Emergency Services, they are responsible for network staffing, capacity management, and operational improvement initiatives within the hospital system. Ashleigh Gerhardt also oversees emergency management and security operations for the system. Prior to HonorHealth, Ashleigh worked at Dignity Health as a Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department/Trauma and later as a Performance Excellence Consultant, where they implemented strategies for creating efficient business practices and transforming organizational culture. Overall, Ashleigh has demonstrated leadership and expertise in operational effectiveness and strategic planning within the healthcare field.

Ashleigh Gerhardt holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the same institution, and an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Nursing from Ethel Bauer School of Nursing. Ashleigh Gerhardt also obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctorate in Health Administration from Capella University, expecting to complete in 2022.
