Frank Pugh

Frank Pugh serves as Arizona Market president of BOK Financial Insurance, a subsidiary of BOK Financial, a regional financial services company. BOK Financial Insurance provides brokerage and consulting services in risk management and employee benefits. Mr. Pugh has been with BOK Financial Insurance for over 25 years. Prior to establishing what is now the Arizona location of BOK Financial Insurance. Frank was a healthcare management and finance executive working for healthcare systems and large medical practices. He is vice chair of the board of HonorHealth, and he also serves as the chairperson of the HonorHealth Captive Insurance Exchange. Frank created and chairs a leadership forum for CEOs of nonprofit organizations. He is past director and chair of the board of John C. Lincoln Health Network and past director and chair of the John C. Lincoln Health Foundation. Frank's previous community service includes volunteer work of various types with Valley of the Sun United Way, Gift of Life and Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix.
