Gary L. Pastore

Gary L. Pastore has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Gary L. began their career in 1977 as a Flight Attendant for Northwest Airlines and worked there until 1985. In 1987, they became the Past President of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA). Gary L. then worked as the Director of Human Resources for Boswell & Del E. Webb Memorial Hospitals at Sun Health from 1999 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Gary served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center. Following this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at the same hospital from 2011 to 2011. In the same year, Gary joined Scottsdale Healthcare, which is now HonorHealth, where they held the role of Associate Vice President of Human Resources. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Faculty at Grand Canyon University from 2012 to 2016.

Gary L. Pastore, MSL, CHHR received their Master's degree in Leadership (MSL) from Grand Canyon University in 2009. In November 2013, they obtained certification as a Certified Healthcare Human Resources professional from the AHA/ASHHRA.
