Jeff Baum

Jeff Baum serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, bringing 30 years of high-tech operations and management consulting experience to address complex business challenges. As Managing Director of PROXI Management Decisions, LLC, Baum develops project-level business cases and risk analysis models while educating executive teams on optimizing resource investments. Additionally, Baum is a member of the Chief Nursing Officer's Patient & Family Member Advisory Board at HonorHealth. Previous consulting roles include positions at PRTM, Motorola Solutions, and a technical focus in semiconductor design and development. Baum holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with an advanced Japanese language certificate from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
