Jenni Balch

Jenni Balch is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in emergency and critical care services. Currently serving as the Director of Nursing for the Emergency Department and ICU at HonorHealth since May 2023, Jenni previously held the position of Nursing Director of Emergency Services, ICU, and Respiratory Therapy at Tempe St Luke's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, Jenni served as Manager of HSED Operations at Dignity Health and spent nearly two decades at Banner Health in various roles including Director of Nursing for the Emergency Department, Senior RN Manager, and RN Manager. Jenni holds a Master's Degree in Nursing Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science, both from Regis University, as well as an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from Phoenix Community College.
