Seth Kaplan is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and customer engagement. Currently serving as Director of Marketing and Customer Engagement at HonorHealth since September 2015, Seth has driven the effectiveness of digital channels and ROI measurement across various campaigns. Previous roles include Manager of Digital Marketing and Digital Marketing Analyst at HonorHealth, as well as Marketing Analyst at TruWest Credit Union, where data-driven strategies enhanced member retention and acquisition. Earlier experiences include roles at the National Press Foundation, where Seth improved marketing awareness and engagement, and PANIM, where multiple marketing techniques were employed to significantly increase program participation. Seth holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Services from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
