Teshonda Craven has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Teshonda Craven began their career in 2007 at Banner Health as an RN, and later became an RN Manager. In 2012, they joined IASIS Healthcare as a Surgical Services Manager, overseeing the operations of OR, SPD, and Anesthesia. In 2022, they joined HonorHealth as a Clinical Director. Teshonda Craven then moved on to become the Director of Nursing at SurgCenter of Greater Phoenix in 2023, and subsequently took on the role of Director of Nursing at Atlas Healthcare Partners later that same year. Their work experience highlights their ability to lead and manage clinical operations in various healthcare settings.

Teshonda Craven holds a Master's degree in Nursing Science from the University of Phoenix, which they earned from 2013 to 2016.
