Joanna Alcoran

Joanna Alcoran has over 13 years of work experience in various industries. Joanna began their career in 2008 as an Assistant Store Manager for Express - Limited, Inc. In 2011, they became a Disability and Life Insurance Specialist for MassMutual Financial Group. In 2014, they joined MassLive.com as a Digital Account Manager and later as a Digital Account Executive for the Healthcare Industry. In 2016, they took on the role of Digital Marketing Strategist at Sailthru. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Skyword as a Content Strategist, Associate Director of Professional Services, and Director of Professional Services. In 2021, they joined Triumvirate Environmental as a Digital Marketing Analyst and Digital Marketing Analytics Manager. Currently, they are a Marketing Data & Analytics Manager at Honorlock.

Joanna Alcoran has a diverse educational background. Joanna obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Massachusetts in 2011, majoring in English and Communication. Joanna then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MS) from Bay Path University in 2013, majoring in Communications and Information Management. Additionally, they hold certifications from Google and HubSpot in Adwords, Analytics, Tag Manager, Inbound Marketing, Marketing Software, and Mobile Advertising.
