Vivian Springer

Vivian Springer, CHRL has extensive experience in Human Resources. Vivian began their career in 1998 as the Director of Human Resources at TELUS Mobility. In 2006, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Epic Advertising Inc. (formally AzoogleAds Inc.). From 2007 to 2009, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Embanet ULC. During this time, they were responsible for leading the Human Resources function with a team of 1 Training Manager, 1 HR Generalist, and 1 Maintenance Supervisor. In 2009, they became an Independent Consultant at Innovative Facilitation/Hazell & Associates - Career Partners International, where they facilitated leadership training, debriefed and provided executive coaching to national leadership teams. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration and then the Director of Human Resources at Q9 Networks Inc. In 2019, they joined Uberflip as the Vice President of People & Culture. In 2020, they became an Advisory Board Member at Hire Wells and in 2021, they were appointed Chief People Officer and VP, People at Honorlock.

Vivian Springer, CHRL, obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from York University. Vivian then went on to complete their Certified Human Resources Professional from the Human Resources Professional Association and an Industrial Relations Certificate from Queen's University in Industrial and Labour Relations.
