Brian Slipka

Brian Slipka is the CEO & Founder of True North Family of Companies, a portfolio consisting of various main street and lower middle market companies in industries such as finance, distribution, manufacturing, and sports & entertainment. He also holds roles in operating companies within industries like data collection automation and food packaging. Additionally, Brian is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of True North M&A, Founder and Partner at Honour Capital, Chief Executive Officer of Sunbelt Business Advisors, and the Managing Partner and Owner of Sioux Falls Canaries Baseball. In the past, he held various roles at Winthrop Resources, including Head of TCF Technology Finance, and founded Paradygm Equity Partners. Brian also has experience at Oracle Corporation and Innuity. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
