Jason Kleinprintz

Jason Kleinprintz is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Honour Capital, a specialty finance company. In addition to his role at Honour Capital, Jason is also the Business Owner and President & CFO of MGM Wine & Spirits, where he operates and manages five stores. He is a Franchise Advisory Board Member at MGM Wine & Spirits. Jason also holds the position of Treasurer on the Board of Directors at EDEN PRAIRIE SOCCER CLUB INC, where he functions as the CFO for the traveling soccer club. Furthermore, he is a volunteer youth soccer coach at Chapel Hill Academy and led his team to victory as the 2022 Twin Cities Champions. With a background as a Corporate Finance Consultant at Salo LLC and experience in various roles at General Electric and International Decision Systems, Inc., Jason brings a wealth of expertise to his current positions. He previously practiced law at Kleinprintz & Associates, LLC, specializing in small business, employment law, contracts, and estate planning. Jason has a diverse educational background, including executive education at Columbia Business School and Harvard Business School, a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
