Raymond Valenzuela MSIO, PMP, is the Founder and CEO of Ahead of the Times (AOTT LLC), where leadership focuses on innovation and efficiency in program management, particularly within government contracting and organizational leadership influenced by industrial-organizational psychology. Valenzuela serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Hood College, sharing over eight years of industry experience with aspiring business leaders. Previous roles include Strategic Account Executive at Management Concepts, Business Development in Federal and Civilian Markets at LMI, and Vice President of Strategic Services at Caveo Learning, alongside founding VASR Group.
