Alissa Carlson

Alissa Carlson has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as an Account Manager-Sales and previously holding roles such as Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Representative at Hood Packaging Corporation since May 2013. Prior to this, Alissa worked as a Customer Service Supervisor and Representative at SMC Ltd from September 2011 to May 2013, and at Spectrum Plastics Group from 2007 to 2011. Alissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Customer Service Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has pursued further education at Georgetown University, the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, and York University, focusing on coaching and mentoring individual teams.
